Finger tapping
I'm in a really high state of nervousness before starting this NaNoWriMo thing. I feel like anything in the world can throw my brain off right now. (The things that can sidetrack my brain! I will therefore be thinking, "I really should write something I can sell, and hey, I am, but writing just with the thought that it's for money will make it bad and empty and soulless, and anyway, people spend years on novels, and if I send out one single bad thing ever then I'll never sell anything and what if I ruin a good idea that might have made money later by..." It's easy to say, "Then don't think about money," but then I have these annoying envelopes that come from my student loan and credit card people, and they insist that I make money my number one priority in life, and...

Money will always be tight.

Bill Gates probably reads his VISA bills and complains that the kids need new shoes and they're at their limit.

Go eat some chocolate, do a few whatevers of Shifts to break your fingers in and set the alarm for 12:01.

And Voices?
LEAVE FERN ALONE!!!11!!!

That's what I'm saying right now too, although my voices are more taunting me about my lack of specifics. Is it a problem I don't know the names of any of my non-main characters? *beats back voices in head*

NaNoWriMo is such a cool thing. I don't have the patience/time/writing dedication to attempt it, but I have a ton of respect for everyone who's doing it. So good luck!

This really needs to be on an icon.

An icon? Oh so tempting. So very, very tempting...
