The first day snippets were delightful. Might we have a Slytherin one? Like Crabbe or Goyle?

And a Dudley one at Smeltings?

Don't know why I'm in the mood for maladjusted bullies this morning . . .

I second the request for more. More, I say!

I will take anything, but have a fondness for more Potterverse ones. Though I wouldn't mind a Luke Skywalker one...

Hey. I followed the link over to your origi-fics when you posted the drabble challenge, and I noticed that one of the summaries is very similar to the new "Corpse Bride" movie that's coming out. Is there a common story or legend that you're both borrowing from, or is Tim Burton stealing from you it just a coincidence?

Yeah, I got a good laugh--obviously, Burton also steals unabashedly from goes through old folklore books!

I read old folklore books too, but I've never come across that one. I thought it was a new idea. I should have known that there are no new ideas in movies It sounds like a very folk-lorish idea now that I know.

They had a quote on VH1's Best Week Ever show when the preview came out. "I think the reason they let Tim Burton keep making movies is that they're afraid of what he'd be doing if he wasn't making movies."

lol.

LOL, indeed.

I read the story when I was in undergraduate school. If I recall correctly, it was in a collection of Eastern European Jewish stories, and the groom sort of married the corpse by accidentally fulfilling the ritual of giving her a ring and declaring himself or something. It was a long time ago. :)

Whoo hoo to you, too

It's beyond me how you're able to get so many words out of your brain in a single day. So many *good* words.

Thanks for the Colin one! It was really sweet - I loved Percy posing. I can just see it.. chest out to show off his Prefect badge to the fullest. :)

Loved, absolutely *LOVED*, the Dumbledore one. Would you consider writing any more young Dumbledore fics? I've never seen anybody do it as well as you.

Thank you for doing these. I loved all the Star Wars entries. You really understand the characters in that universe.
