So, Dilbert has a blog now
Or, well, Scott Adams does. It's here. It includes an entry about putting a Dilbert strip through an approval committee, which reminds me vaguely of censoring and sanitizing Fahrenheit 451.

Quote about the blog from the newsletter which I appreciated just because... Well, I love self-snark above all other kinds of snark. The man who can snark on himself has my respect.

"When I see news stories about people all over the world who are experiencing hardships, I worry about them, and I rack my brain wondering how I can make a difference. So I decided to start my own blog. That way I won't have time to think about other people."

Yay, a Dilbert blog! I love the newsletter too. I've been on the mailing list for years and years now. It's funny when I think about it, b/c it was one of the first things I discovered online when I finally got my own computer. I can't believe I've been on the list for 6 or 7 years now! It never gets old. :-)

I think Dilbert should try working in the public sector. You know, maybe just as a contractor for a strip or two. Of course, it would have to be close to the time Scott Adams plans to retire, as Dilbert's head would probably explode.

I saw that on syn_promo yesterday and I already love it. He's got a great sense of humor, which I already knew, but it's interesting seeing it in text and not in the strip format.
