Yay! I commissioned leelastarsky to do a scene from Shifts for… - The Phantom Librarian
Spewing out too many words since November 2003

I commissioned leelastarsky to do a scene from Shifts for me, and I love it to death. It's the scene in "You Are The Murderer!" where they bring Sirius back to Grimmauld Place, and he's depressed and confused.

Naturally, I'm very happy. Click for the big web version!

It's wonderful, Fern. I love all the little details. Congratulations on a cool addition to your universe. :)

All the details are leelastarsky's... it really looks like the GP kitchen!

Oh, I LOVE Lupin. That's precisely how he should look.

echoing everyone else

Oh, wow. Lucky, lucky you!

I agree with redlily -- that's just how Lupin should look.

Re: echoing everyone else

I think she used Ewan MacGregor as the model (that's what we talked about)... ever since I heard the early rumor about him playing the part, his face locked in for me. Which is weird, since he's not actually one of my favorite actors, but it was such a good match! Oh, well.

It's lovely. It is funny that you said that Remus looks like Ewan because my first thought was that Tonks looks like Carrie Fisher.

She is one of my favorite HP artists! This is great -- I love everyone's expressions, especially Tonks'. She looks like a real woman here, not someone defined by her hair color.
