What is the US still focusing on? (besides Hockey?) We just lost curling to Sweden tonight (in an utterly infuriating 11th end!) and are mostly gearing up for the big hockey men's showdown Sunday.

Well, last night was Apolo Ohno's last short track appearance, and Lindsay Vonn on slalom. (One DQ, one bronze for Ohno, DQ for Vonn... not the best way the end the run, but I guess my tendency is to just shrug.) Plus, we follow Canadians (except in curling, which we tend to just. not. get.), so whatever you guys are up to, chances are, NBC is covering it. Including curling, though usually during the late night show.

ETA, this familial loyalty will not be enough to keep us from trying to kick your (admittedly talented) butts in hockey, especially after the women's loss. Just FYI. ;p

LOL I hear you. I am pretty much not focusing on anything other than the Olympics at the moment (my girlfriend is not super impressed). :p

Clearly, her priorities are questionable. ;p I mean, it's people doing crazy things on snow and ice! What could be more important!?

I know, right??

Today has been an epic day for Canada. Actually, things have been pretty epic for Canada since, like, Wednesday. I love the Olympics!!

Hey! I read the first chapter and loved it, especially the ominous last line. It was very sweet to see Teddy through the kids' perspective.

I look forward to the next installment.
