Funky Furniture sites?
Hey, can anyone recommend a site to look at for kind of funky, modern furniture that goes well with ugly modern architecture? I'm looking for, like, tables and chairs and lighting and so on--not to buy right now, just to look at as examples that would look awesome in an industrial kind of building.

sorry...

(But I love Ikea! It's all so pretty and wooden and cazy and cheap!)

I agree - that's definitely Ikea's genre.

Yup, CB2 and West Elm are good. Design Within Reach stocks all the legit reproduction classics: www.dwr.com
www.hivemodern.com is very cool.

Check out the catalog for the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA). They've got lots of furniture, lamps, and other modern-designed artifacts.

Blue Dot and, as someone else said, Design Within Reach...though you should really take that "within reach" part with a grain of salt.
